This week I am featuring the guys again. This is my son’s first year in Boy Scouts. Next weekend is the Pinewood Derby race. Of course we waited until the last minute to work on building his car. Luckily my hubby has lots of experience from his younger years with making one and the guys set off to the garage to cut and sand.

Then after a trip to Home Depot for more supplies, paint and weights, the car takes shape.

Once this dries then wheels and stickers will be installed. I sure hope the trial run goes well. I will be crossing my fingers for next weekend that his car performs OK since my son is still working on his good-sportsmanship skills. Wish us luck!
